Philly Photo Day (The Germantown PhotoWalk)
On October 18, 2013, PPAC will hold the fourth annual Philly Photo Day, when PPAC invites everyone in the city to take a photograph using a phone or camera. To make sure everyone will has an opportunity to participate. PPAC will be offering photo walks in selected areas of Philadelphia. One PhotoWalk will be lead by Gary Reed. His walk will begin at 2:00 at the Imperfect Gallery 5601 Greene Street (one block south of Chelten on Greene) in Germantown, Philadelphia, Pa 19144. 

PPAC then prints and hangs every single image – thousands – for a unique exhibition presenting a day in the life of Philadelphia.

To participate, take a picture on October 18th, 2013, select your favorite one then visitwww.philaphotoarts.org to submit photograph online for exhibition.  The final exhibition will present thousands of diverse interpretations of Philadelphia and will take place from November 14 – December 28, 2013.
